– Everything I do – from technical specifications to stage planning – is collected in Jetty. The tool is used by several departments: the marketing team, the hospitality division, and the technicians. I usually say that if something isn’t in Jetty, then it doesn’t exist at all, says Andreas.

He explains that he has been a loyal Jetty user since the day it was launched. And the benefits are many – improved workflows, increased efficiency, and minimized risk of errors in a complex production.

– Sure, you can plan and run a festival using other tools, but then the risk increases that communication falls apart and information becomes unclear. With Jetty, we gain order and structure – a shared system where all departments have access to checklists, links, and updated information. It feels secure, says Andreas.

– I have an ongoing dialogue with the Jetty team. If I have ideas, needs, or questions, they are incredibly responsive. They have a clear customer focus and always want to stay one step ahead, he says.

When asked whether he would recommend Jetty to others, the answer is obvious.

– Absolutely. Jetty makes life easier – for the organization, for the technicians, and for the artists. For everyone involved in the festival. Jetty is built on a way of working that feels natural. The system is now so integrated into our workflow and functions so well that I don’t see why I would ever want to change it, says Andreas.
